Where do I stay?

Accepted Answer

All of the wedding week events and meals will take place at Hotel Playa Fiesta. Including the 16% sales tax, 5% hotel tax, and 12% service fee, Hotel Playa Fiesta’s all-inclusive package rate is $2,500 per room ($1,250 per person). Children 3-15 are 25% of the package price; children 2 and under are free.This flat rate includes 5 days / 4 nights' accommodations, breakfast, dinner, and open bar (beer, well alcohol, bottled water, juices, sodas, coffee and tea). Lunches are à la carte at the hotel's restaurant.  Playa Fiesta hotel guests will be charged by Playa Fiesta at checkout (01/03/2027).

If I don’t have a plus one, am I responsible for the cost of the whole room?

Accepted Answer

No. All rooms are double occupancy, so we will discuss options for roommates to split the room (and the bill) when you RSVP.

Can I stay somewhere else and still attend the wedding?

Accepted Answer

We strongly suggest all guests stay on property at Hotel Playa Fiesta. Our top priority for our wedding is to spend extended time with our family & friends, and we look forward to all staying together at Hotel Playa Fiesta. Because this is an all-inclusive hotel, offsite guests would be required to purchase day passes ($260 per person, daily). Offsite guests are not allowed onsite before 10:00 AM. If you are considering reserving a room outside of our room block, please contact us.

Can I bring my children?

Accepted Answer

Your children's names will be included on your invitation. When deciding if you will bring your children, please note the hotel amenities include a daily open bar, open beach access, and two pools with no lifeguard. Children ages 3-15 will be charged 25% of the room rate ($600 USD inclusive). Children ages 2 and under are free. Rooms accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 15) max. What’s the weather like in Mexico that time of year?

In January, Puerto Vallarta tends to have warm days (around 80°F) and cooler evenings (around 65°F) with no/minimal rain.
